The Opportunity As we continue to expand our services and increase our capacity to transform primary care for all, the teams who support clinical excellence for One Medical are growing as well, and we are seeking to hire a Senior Director of Quality Improvement & Population Health to join our team.

Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, and falling within the broader Clinical Effectiveness team, the Senior Director is accountable for establishing One Medical’s priorities for quality and value that are guided by internal data, national benchmarks such as HEDIS, and requirements of our partners.

Critical to our success in demonstrating our vision of transforming health outcomes of individuals and populations, this team, under the Senior Director’s leadership, will drive success in establishing and meeting annual quality improvement priorities for our four key stakeholders: Members, Providers, Health System Partners and Enterprise Clients.

A highly collaborative and cross-functional role, the Senior Director will work with clinical, operational and technology leadership to establish improvement strategy and formulate requisite action plans designed to improve outcomes, and will partner with the Medical Director of Population Health in identifying care gaps, and design and deploy population-level countermeasures.

Demonstrating deep understanding of HEDIS and other primary care quality and value-based care measures, you have a passion for leading teams who are making a measurable impact on the quality of patient care.

Balancing the ability to drive overall vision and direction with supporting, mentoring and engaging teams is instrumental to your success, as is the ability to understand and navigate the complexities of integrated health systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a hallmark, and you are adept working across a variety of teams, from providers, to operations leaders and executive leadership.
