We are actively recruiting a Compliance Program Manager!

Job Responsibilities

As the program manager for US based company actions including TMP, VRP and RIF related separations, work closely with HRBPs, managers, HR Legal and employees to execute program plans including reviewing, revising and approving separation submissions; tracking notification, assignments and transitions; and developing training.

Serve as liaison between the employee, manager, HRBP, and physician in the ADA accommodation process, seeking a full understanding of the employees needs and business circumstances to make a sound recommendation in accordance with federal and state regulations and established policies.

Work closely with Affirmative Action Program Manager to support preparation and submission of the AAP plans and other federal compliance reporting requirements, execute program plans (i.e., communication, training, outreach) and work effectively with compliance vendors.

Serve as the business continuity coordinator for global HR.

As the administrator of the continuity plan, manage monthly and quarterly compliance requirements including engaging with other global plan leaders to respond timely in the event of a crisis by allocating resources and align effectively with key team members and stakeholders.

Review and make determination for all reclassifications and reorganization escalations.

Develop & disseminate data analytics, metrics or trends for employee relations, affirmative action, separations, compliance and business continuity.

As the owner of the global HR policy portal, work with owners to maintain policies, make the site easily accessible for users and identify new or missing policies for inclusion.

Maintain the rehire decision matrix.

Provide training and education to partners to ensure adherence to policy.

4+ years of professional experience

HR experience

Project management experience

Tableau experience a plus
