Sr. Business Analyst (B2B) – Digital Engineering

As a member of the Rockwell Automation ExO
– Digital Engineering organization, you will join our transformation journey as we seek to improve and push boundaries.In this role you will:* Lead in developing and maturing customer experience capabilities in the B2B space primarily focused around eCommerce, eProcurement and self-service.* Collaborate and shape business case & charter with business stakeholders driving clarity on scope and business requirements* Define the needed business cases with project team and process owner, defining business outcomes, including current baseline and future target metrics, such as leading and lagging indicators, and linking to strategic key performance indicators (KPIs).* Provide analysis on key business drivers and metrics using the latest analytics & visualization technology.* Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs.* Work with execution teams (in collaboration with the product owners and technical leaders) to communicate business needs in the form of clear personas, use cases and business requirements.* Serve as a conduit between the application development teams and the product owners to drive clarity on ” the what/ business need”* Serve as a stage gate to review outcomes match business needs before turning over to business stakeholders for verification and acceptance.* Collaborate and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, customers and technical teams to map future state processes to develop end to end functional solutions.* Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business areas to supports several moderately complex business processes.* Be responsible for training and support documentation, as well as business readiness, service transition and driving adoption.* Apply strong stakeholder management and communication skills.* Provides consultative support in financial management, organizational change, vendor management, and operational excellence to transformation initiatives.Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree and related experience* Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.Preferred Qualifications:SKEE ( Skills , Education, Experience )* 8 plus years of experience with Business analysis, Process Improvement and data management experience* 5 plus years of experience with driving business solutions in a B2B space* Experience implementing eCommerce and eProcurement web-based solutions in a B2B landscape is required.* Knowledge of ADOBE Experience Manager a plus but not required.* Experience with persona and use case driven requirements gathering.* Experience with current and future state end-to-end business process analysis and design* 3 plus years with Agile development and SCRUM/SAFE methodologies required.* Demonstrated ability to lead planning and cross functional discussions to drive requirements clarity and decision making.* Excellent communication skills required.IPC ( Complex information processing capability)* Self-starter and possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced & fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations, with ability to succeed amidst ambiguity* Applies in-depth professional knowledge and understanding to technical or business problem solving* Strong analytical skills; ability to distill information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps.* Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements* Comfortable leading change in areas outside of subject matter expertise, and builds the ability in others* Ability to manage priorities, ambiguity and data to find and execute improvement opportunities to drive strategic goals.Temperament* Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question partners across functional areas* Successfully transfers skills and knowledge to other individuals or groups* Seeks and Incorporates relevant perspectives when assessing a situation, making a decision or presenting* Strong listening, pragmatic feedback, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsAccepts Role Requirements* Collaborate within various IT, business capability teams and business stakeholders to achieve maximum business value* Accepts additional challenges and tasks that will help grow in this role and prepare for future roles* Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader.
