Office Coordinator

This is a Full-time position in McMinnville, OR posted July 19, 2021.

Bilingual Receptionist / General Office Clerk


* Possesses basic Spanish conversation skills

* Strong computer skills to enter, access, and retrieve data, excel spreadsheets & Analysis

* Experience using Microsoft Word or Works.

* Ability to format letters and perform secretarial functions.

* Ability to follow confidentiality procedures; no discussion of patients outside of clinic.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Must be health conscious, caring, ambitious, and self-motivated.

* Must be punctual, clean, flexible and willing to learn.

* Must be able to follow instructions.

* Must be able to multitask.

* Must be good with people and willing to help. 

* Must possess an up-tone personality and enjoy talking to people in-person and on the phone.

* Willing to learn about Chiropractic and Wellness methods of care.

* Able to work Saturday mornings.

Per employer:

* Standard of dress includes wearing a medical office appropriate uniform, no perfume,   

  minimal makeup and hair up and away from face. 


* Previous receptionist or front office experience is helpful.

* Experience in Health Care Office/Medical Setting/Chiropractic Office.

* Experience with Medisoft billing software.

* More advanced Bilingual Spanish/English language skills.

JOB DUTIES include, but not limited to:

* Answer phones and schedule patients.

* Greet in-coming patients.

* Collect payments.

* Assist patients in filling out forms.

* Do medical/chiropractic/medicare billing using Medisoft software.

* Communicate with insurance companies.

* Create and maintain patient files.

* Use computer, typewriter, and copy machine.

* Track, order, and fill orders of Whole Food Concentrates.

* Occasionally assist patients to treatment room.

* Occasionally move cases of product weighing up to 45 pounds.

* Cut up and arrange boxes for recycling.

* Clean clinic to include: wiping down adjustment tables, emptying trash can, cleaning 

 bathroom, cleaning windows, etc.

*Knows Facebook, Twitter, YouTube (upload videos), Linked in, etc.


* At least 26 hours per week, including Saturday mornings from 8:15 to 8:30 to 11:00 a.m.

* Shift will start at 8:30 with lunch between 12:00 & 1:00 or 1:00 & 2:00, and end between 6 and 6:15 p.m.

  • Language skill requirement: Spanish language skills required to assist Spanish speaking patients complete forms, answer questions, and explain processes and procedures.
