Visit us at to know more.nn nn n nn nn Position: Database Performance Test Engineer nn nn Location: Redmond, WA nn nn Duration: 18+ Months nn nn nn nn Responsibilities: nn Test database performance Produce standard reports conforming to HammerDB specifications Profile, troubleshoot, and document performance tests Test, deploy and document code Fix bugs and document changes to design and specifications Maintain knowledge of changes to languages, platforms, frameworks and tools nn nn nn Required Skills: nn 5+ years of experience developing software or maintaining databases Advanced Windows/Linux & database (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) skills Strong knowledge of command-line interfaces Good understanding of database design Good understanding of operating systems and networks Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strict attention to detail Knowledge of secure programming practices and system design Good knowledge of automated testing tools/frameworks Git version control Good knowledge of Linux shell or Windows batch programming Good knowledge of cloud computing nn nn nn Useful Skills: nn Good knowledge of database languages (SQL, Stored Procedures) Good knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Perl, bash, batch) Experience working on SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL Exposure to Agile development methodologies Exposure to continuous integration or automated build harnesses nn nn nn Technology Stack: nn Python, Shell, SQL, Stored Procedures Linux, Windows SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL Azure, AWS, GCP YAML, JSON, Markdown, Restructured Text nnby Jobblenn
