Registered Nurse ICU
Coos Bay, Oregon
$10000 sign-on bonus. Relocate to Coos Bay, Oregon to work in ICU, the largest city on the Oregon coast and is located where the river enters into the bay from the Pacific Ocean. We are assisting our client to find registered nurses to fill permanent roles in Home Health.
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Regularly evaluate plans of care and update as-needed.
Educate patients and their families on how to follow care plans.
Provide nursing care to their patients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse
Current driver s license and automobile insurance
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
BSN preferred
ANA certification in Home Health, Gerontology or Case Management preferred
Home health or community nursing experience preferred
Compensation of the Registered Nurse
Salary: Based on experience.
