Clinical Manager Home Health Job Locations US-OR-The Dalles Overview Mid-Columbia Medical Center’s Home Health department is seeking a qualified Clinical Manager to join their dynamic patient centered team.This position is full-time and offers a comprehensive benefits and time off package.

Responsibilities The Clinical Manager provides direct oversight of all patient care in accordance with agency policies.

This oversight includes patient and personnel assignments, coordination of care, coordination of referrals, assessment of patient needs and ensuring the plan of care is developed, implemented and updated.

The Clinical Supervisor provides direct supervision to clinical personnel, and may assume responsibility for the department in the absence of the Director.

Qualifications Education:RN Bachelor’s Science in Nursing, Licensed Physical Therapist; or licensed Occupational Therapist; or Licensed SLP required.Licensure/Certification:Licensure in both Washington and Oregon, or the ability to obtain upon hire.OASIS certified or ability to obtain OASIS certification within 1 year of hire.Current Health Care Provider CPR.Valid driver’s license with maintenance of safe driving record and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements required.Experience:Minimum of three years progressively responsible clinical home care experience, with five years required in home healthcare.Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.Knowledge of state and federal home health agency regulations.Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:Positive interpersonal and negotiation skillsMust be self-directed with strong communication skills, and a willingness to lead by example.Must have critical thinking skills and the ability to apply knowledge to a situation.Ability to cope with physical and emotional demands of a dynamic environmentExperience with using every day technology tools (e.G, email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, voicemail and internet/intranet) to access, organize and store job-related information.
